Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional programs in hardware and firmware development, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage schedules, deliverables, and risks while coordinating engineering activities and driving product readiness through the NPI phases.
Key responsibilities
- Own program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and executive reporting across hardware and firmware teams
- Facilitate FMEA activities, track mitigation actions, and integrate outcomes into design workflows
- Partner with cloud telemetry and diagnostics teams to enable monitoring and predictive maintenance
Required qualifications
- 7-12+ years of experience managing complex hardware, firmware, or cloud system programs
- Strong understanding of server/PC architecture and NPI processes including EVT, DVT, and PVT builds
- Proven expertise in FMEA, quality engineering coordination, and risk management workflows
- Experience with cloud telemetry and remote diagnostics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
