Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Implementation Consultant in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage implementation projects, engage with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
• Understand customers' needs, drive discovery sessions, and provide consultation on workflow and implementation solutions
• Train and guide customers, drive end-user adoption of key features, and manage customer satisfaction for organization growth

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project implementation management within the SaaS industry preferred
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Familiarity with InfoSec/Regulatory compliance is a bonus
