Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate installation and implementation after the sale is complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of customers and projects, managing unique product requirements
• Lead the execution of complex products and cross-team initiatives, tracking progress and milestones
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process, ensuring world-class service and support

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of operational and project management experience
• Experience with technical project management processes and tools (e.g., GANT, Agile)
• Understanding of video management systems and video streaming protocols
• Experience managing a large portfolio of advanced enterprise-level projects
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau
