Job Summary
Leading complex digital initiatives, the remote contract Technical Project Manager will manage website, application, and marketing technology projects from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment among multidisciplinary teams and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project execution across strategy, UX, design, development, and client teams while managing risks and change requests
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain project documentation and reporting, utilizing tools like Monday.com to ensure operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in digital, software, web, or marketing technology projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience managing website builds, CMS implementations, and CRM integrations
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana
- Agency experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously is preferred
