Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the mid-level Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master will coordinate software delivery efforts across product, engineering, operations, and customer implementation teams in a remote contract-to-hire position, ideally suited for candidates in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across engineering, QA, operations, and business teams
• Assist with backlog coordination, sprint planning, and Agile team ceremonies
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to support customer platform deployments

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Project Coordination, Scrum Master, Technical PM, Business Analyst, or related roles
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with software development or technical delivery teams
• Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile project tracking tools
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
