Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temp Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and negotiate offers
- Champion diversity and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, specifically in technical recruiting
- Experience in a growing company recruiting various technical roles
- Proven success in recruiting, preferably in-house or agency experience
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing to attract top talent
