Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Technical Sales Engineering Director will translate technical capabilities into business value, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive revenue and improve deal cycles.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the technical pre-sales function for mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Improve win rates and sales cycle efficiency through technical excellence and support complex deals
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, establishing best practices and coaching on technical and commercial skills
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Director or senior leadership role
  • Proficiency in hosting, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer-focused products
  • Proven track record of influencing enterprise or complex deals
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales leadership in a revenue-driven environment
