Technical Service Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Service Manager to join their Performance Chemicals team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide technical support for existing and new products
- Deliver technical training to colleagues, customers, and distributors
- Act as a liaison between various functional groups and external vendors
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with over 1 year of experience, Master's with over 4 years, or Bachelor's with over 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience presenting technical content to customers and at conferences
- Strong understanding of polymer applications across various industries
- Familiarity with statistical interpretation, data visualization, and Design of Experiments methods
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving
