Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst-CVR to provide primary support to customers using their products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage client inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online tickets
- Troubleshoot software application issues and guide clients to resolutions
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues for product quality improvement
Required Qualifications
- Associates/Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- Proficient PC skills in Windows and iOS environments
- Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
- 1 year of technical support experience with client contact preferred
- Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
