Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst-CVR to provide primary support to customers using their products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage client inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online tickets
  • Troubleshoot software application issues and guide clients to resolutions
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues for product quality improvement

Required Qualifications
  • Associates/Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient PC skills in Windows and iOS environments
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
  • 1 year of technical support experience with client contact preferred
  • Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
