Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst who provides Tier 1 support to customers on products and custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to provide support through various channels
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product-related queries, documenting and tracking issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role within a multinational software or telecommunications company
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
