Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production servers and analyze client inquiries
  • Verify transaction processing and reprocess failed inbound transactions
  • Collaborate with team members and attend department meetings

Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience in the energy industry and with EDI transactions is a plus
  • Familiarity with MS SQL and VB.net is advantageous
  • Customer relationship experience is preferred
  • Ability to work weekends with two weekdays off
