Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer to provide production and technical support for clients using their Wealth Management solutions platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely guidance and technical solutions to clients regarding performance and reconciliation issues
  • Troubleshoot client inquiries related to account performance, transactions, and configuration settings
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of production support procedures and participate in client meetings
Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree; preferably in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Understanding of the Financial Services/Wealth Management Industry and Investments
  • Knowledge of enterprise software implementation lifecycle
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or knowledge of investment systems and familiarity with tools like SQL and Salesforce is a plus
