Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to manage escalated customer issues and collaborate with various teams for resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Field application and technical troubleshooting issues, including log analysis and data queries
- Propose and manage documentation and training to streamline issue handling
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare environment
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Looker platforms recommended
- Knowledge of HL7, APIs, and SQL preferred
