Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to manage escalated customer issues and collaborate with various teams for resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field application and technical troubleshooting issues, including log analysis and data queries
  • Propose and manage documentation and training to streamline issue handling
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare environment
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Looker platforms recommended
  • Knowledge of HL7, APIs, and SQL preferred
