Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I to solve technical issues for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support across all product lines via email, chat, and phone
  • Set up test environments to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Create and contribute to knowledgebase articles and troubleshooting guides

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a STEM field or equivalent technical experience
  • Ability to read and write code in at least one programming language (preferably Java or C#)
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Familiarity with data integration issues and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of various operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Mac
