Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - z/OS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with complex questions and problems related to product installation and functionality
  • Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or clarifications
  • Document support requests and maintain knowledge about assigned products


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology field or equivalent relevant IT experience
  • Mainframe knowledge: z/OS
  • Experience with z/OS Database or application development platforms (e.g., DB2, CICS)
  • Operating system knowledge: Windows, Unix, Linux
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills specific to IBM z/OS
