Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - z/OS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with complex questions and problems related to product installation and functionality
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or clarifications
- Document support requests and maintain knowledge about assigned products
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology field or equivalent relevant IT experience
- Mainframe knowledge: z/OS
- Experience with z/OS Database or application development platforms (e.g., DB2, CICS)
- Operating system knowledge: Windows, Unix, Linux
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills specific to IBM z/OS
