Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, Secure Access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues, managing multiple complex cases simultaneously
  • Investigate, document, and track product bugs and customer feature requests while utilizing diagnostic tools
  • Identify trends in issues and make recommendations to streamline support processes and improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in networking support, preferably with client-server experience
  • Proficiency in IP networking concepts and protocols, including LAN/WAN, TCP, UDP, and firewalls
  • Hands-on experience with network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark
  • Strong working knowledge of various Operating Systems, including Windows, iOS, OSX, and Android
  • Experience in configuring wireless networks and VPNs
