Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support and resolve complex customer incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer issues and logs to diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Coordinate multi-department escalations and provide insights into customer issues
  • Review production performance and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical discipline (work experience may be considered)
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting customers in a technical environment
  • Understanding of REST APIs and experience with log analysis
  • Basic knowledge of C++, Java, HTTP protocols, and web services
  • Familiarity with database architecture and operating systems
