Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with service-related issues while working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify service-related needs and provide appropriate solutions to customers
  • Diagnose and resolve basic network and modem functionality issues
  • Guide customers through hardware and software configurations to enhance service functionality

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone with customers
  • Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment and multitasking with multiple programs
  • High-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 10 mbps and a stable connection is required
  • Establish a dedicated and distraction-free workspace at home
