Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with service-related issues while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify service-related needs and provide appropriate solutions to customers
- Diagnose and resolve basic network and modem functionality issues
- Guide customers through hardware and software configurations to enhance service functionality
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone with customers
- Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment and multitasking with multiple programs
- High-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 10 mbps and a stable connection is required
- Establish a dedicated and distraction-free workspace at home
