Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to provide technical assistance and support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone support for inquiries related to eCommerce software and hosting platform
  • Create and document detailed tickets in the ticketing system while resolving advanced trouble tickets
  • Educate clients on best practices regarding website performance and compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of technical support experience
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Linux, MySQL, PHP, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience in website hosting is preferred
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting web hosting platforms is a plus
