Job Summary

A company is looking for a Named Support Representative to assist customers with technical goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, hosting calls to review tickets and discuss projects
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
  • Conduct weekly meetings and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with accounts

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of internal implementations and integrations such as Docusign and APIs
  • Proficiency with the product upgrade process
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience
  • Understanding of internal teams and relationship-building skills
