Job Summary
A company is looking for a Named Support Representative to assist customers with technical goals and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, hosting calls to review tickets and discuss projects
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Conduct weekly meetings and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with accounts
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of internal implementations and integrations such as Docusign and APIs
- Proficiency with the product upgrade process
- 1-2 years of technical support experience
- Understanding of internal teams and relationship-building skills
