Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to oversee the Technical Support team and manage complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily Case Support Hours and provide mentorship to the support team
  • Manage complex technical escalations and ensure thorough documentation and communication
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions and maintain internal technical documentation

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles
  • Deep experience with the Salesforce platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Foreign language fluency and/or nonprofit experience is a bonus
