Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to oversee the Technical Support team and manage complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Case Support Hours and provide mentorship to the support team
- Manage complex technical escalations and ensure thorough documentation and communication
- Develop and deliver product training sessions and maintain internal technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles
- Deep experience with the Salesforce platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Foreign language fluency and/or nonprofit experience is a bonus
