Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Temporary) to enhance internal and external knowledge about their products.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established documentation processes and maintain the online knowledge base
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content based on product timelines and customer needs
- Maintain training materials for knowledge sharing within the company and with clients
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical writing experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience documenting technical products and SaaS SOPs
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and users
- Familiarity with Atlassian products, specifically Confluence and Jira
- Writing samples demonstrating the ability to document complex technical products for a broader audience
