- Create new content for product features and assist with internal training documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation aligns with product updates
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical writing or training at a SaaS company
- Proficiency in technical writing and communication standards
- Ability to simplify complex information for a less technical audience
- Experience in project management is a bonus
- Confidence in sharing information and collaborating with teams
