Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to develop clear and user-centric product documentation for its Workload Automation solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation
- Organize complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for a diverse audience
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of technical writing experience for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions
- Familiarity with Workload Automation solutions
- Experience using MadCap tools and project management software like Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger
