Technology Consultant - HL7 FHIR
Job Summary
To support the design and implementation of healthcare data exchange solutions, the remote contracted Technology Consultant - HL7 FHIR will collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations while modernizing legacy systems using HL7 FHIR standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements related to healthcare interoperability
- Design and implement HL7 FHIR-based integration solutions between healthcare applications and enterprise platforms
- Develop and validate JSON and XML payloads used for FHIR messaging
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience implementing healthcare integration solutions using HL7 FHIR
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services
- Understanding of healthcare interoperability concepts and standards
- Experience integrating clinical or healthcare information systems
