Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Operations Support Engineer to provide technical support for internal systems and third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end users with troubleshooting and debugging issues related to applications and devices
- Assist in internal application development by creating workflows and integrations
- Manage user account administration for onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles, preferably in startup environments
- Experience with user account administration for internal and external tools
- Familiarity with IT and security audits
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and solving new problems
