Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Operations Support Engineer to provide technical support for internal systems and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end users with troubleshooting and debugging issues related to applications and devices
  • Assist in internal application development by creating workflows and integrations
  • Manage user account administration for onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles, preferably in startup environments
  • Experience with user account administration for internal and external tools
  • Familiarity with IT and security audits
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and solving new problems
