Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technology Support Technician to provide level 1 technical support for technology products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical support to resolve problems with products and applications
- Document problem details, service request status, and resolutions in the incident management system
- Perform break/fix repairs on various devices and initiate third-party vendor services as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of coursework or program focused on relevant technology-related skills
- Experience in customer service
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (preferred)
- 1 year of experience providing first level support for IT systems in a corporate setting (preferred)
