Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technology Support Technician to provide level 1 technical support for technology products and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first level technical support to resolve problems with products and applications
  • Document problem details, service request status, and resolutions in the incident management system
  • Perform break/fix repairs on various devices and initiate third-party vendor services as needed

Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of coursework or program focused on relevant technology-related skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience providing first level support for IT systems in a corporate setting (preferred)
