Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telcommuting Sales Account Manager in the Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Selling solutions and services within your assigned territory
  • Creating strategic and tactical plans for new business development
  • Forecasting and closing sales in line with company goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of account management experience
  • Demonstrated record of success, preferably in the software or IT industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical discipline
  • Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple solutions and services
  • Sales experience with cloud, virtualization, middleware, and emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
