A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute 1099 Tax Preparer in Kansas City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing quarterly and annual tax reports or tax returns
  • Leveraging software such as: Ultratax, Lacerte, CCH, and ProConnect
  • Managing and maintaining the company’s tax database

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Individual Returns, Real Estate partnerships, Multi-State Transactions
  • Minimum of 2 busy seasons within public accounting
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, without guidance and meet deadlines
