Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute 401k Client Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing overall delivery of service to our plan sponsors, advisors, partners and third party administrators
  • Managing daily communications with internal and external parties
  • Maintaining and develop strong client relationship

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associates degree, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field or equivalent years of work experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans
