Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Absence Claims Human Resources Assistant in Spokane.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing end to end case management of absence claims
- Making outbound calls to employees as needed to address questions about absence cases
- Receiving inbound calls to support employee questions about COVID absence options
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years experience in customer service/call center OR a background in HR with case management
- Extremely high attention to detail and ability to correctly and quickly enter information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgment and ability to navigate open ended situations and make decisions about the correct course of action
