A healthcare software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Account Management Client Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hosting client-facing meetings to gather and document detailed technical product requirements
- Developing comprehensive acceptance criteria
- Conducting defect resolution process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Position requires extensive travel (~25%) and substantial overtime
- Bachelor’s degree, with either a quantitative or a health care major
- Experience working with healthcare data, preferably for a health plan, consulting firm or a software vendor
- Foundational understanding of relational database concepts and OLAP technology
- Experience and working knowledge of agile software development methodology
- Experience with SQL, SAS, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint
