Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Account Management Customer Success Executive.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience
  • Leading the technical assessment as part of the sales process
  • Reducing churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3 years of experience working in a customer success role
  • Previous experience managing similar accounts in eCommerce, Ad networks, or Shopify/Dropshippers
  • Proven ability to onboarding a high volume of customers
  • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
