Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Account Management Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, managing and developing the Account Management staff
  • Managing employee capacity and productivity through the use of performance metrics
  • Executing or overseeing departmental special projects or initiatives as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel nationally
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing multiple health plan operational areas
  • Demonstrated senior management level relationship management skills
  • Proven success developing, motivating, and leading professionals
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
