Job Summary

A full-service real estate brokerage has an open position for a Telecommute Accounting Agent Support.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Payable Zoho ticket channels
  • Completing ticket quotas as well as be available for requests
  • Providing agent support on topics such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Company Stock, Revenue Share, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete responses to agents using the agent’s preferred medium, including in person
  • Must be able to work a 6:00am - 3:00pm PST schedule Monday - Friday
  • Accounting experience
  • 3+ years of high contact customer service experience
  • Ability to deescalate poor situations and turn them into positive experiences
  • High School Diploma/GED
