Job Summary

An accounting and financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Accounting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review, modify, and update vendor contracts
  • Ensure vendors provide their W-9 prior to issuing their first payment
  • Prepare weekly Unpaid Vendor Bills report

Required Skills:

  • Regularly work with other team members in-person and via email, video conferencing, and screen-sharing
  • Four-year accounting degree and 2 – 4 years of public accounting experience
  • Fluent North American English-speaking skills
  • Dedicated home office with computer, high-speed internet access, desk, chair, printer, scanner, and smartphone
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and using cloud-based applications
  • Willingness to undergo a 50-state criminal background check
