Job Summary

A business services provider is in need of a Telecommute Accounting Services Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Training and coaching a team of accountants working remotely
  • Balancing workflow by aligning client’s needs with accountants’ expertise and capacity
  • Proactively identifying client issues, communicating and implementing timely solutions

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 10 years of related accounting experience with 4 years of hands-on management experience
  • Account management experience with clients ranging from pre-revenue to $50m in revenues
  • Commitment to consistently follow established policies and procedures
  • Confidence in learning and embracing new technology
