Job Summary

A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is filling a position for a Telecommute Accounting Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Training and coaching a team of accountants
  • Maintaining profit margin for assigned clients
  • Proactively identifying client issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 10 years related accounting experience with 4 years  management experience INCLUDING
  • Hiring, training and developing a highly engaged service-oriented team
  • Account management experience with clients ranging from pre-revenue to $50m in revenues
  • Thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • Ability to embrace new technology including QuickBooks, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
