A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Accounting Services Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Training and coaching team of accountants
  • Maintaining profit margin for assigned clients
  • Proactively identifying client issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 10 years of related accounting experience WITH
  • 4 years of hands-on management experience
  • Account management experience with range of clients
  • Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
  • Ability to learn technologies: QuickBooks, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
