Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Multitasker (comfortable thinking, talking, and typing all at once)
- Fluent in English
- Able to take initiative and complete work independently with limited supervision
