Job Summary
A national healthcare provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
- Processing payment via ACH, Wire transfer or check
- Creating and maintaining vendor records, such as W9 forms and Banking information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Must be comfortable working with incomplete information and dealing with ambiguity
- Able to work independently with little supervision and guidance
- Excel: Highly proficient in Excel (pivot table and vlookup)
