Job Summary

A national healthcare provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Accounts Payable Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Researching and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
• Processing payment via ACH, Wire transfer or check
• Creating and maintaining vendor records, such as W9 forms and Banking information

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Must be comfortable working with incomplete information and dealing with ambiguity
• Able to work independently with little supervision and guidance
• Excel: Highly proficient in Excel (pivot table and vlookup)
