A testing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Accounts Receivable and Payable Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Processing tasks as requested by the Lead Bookkeeper
- Scheduling and preparing disbursements and obtaining payment authorizations
- Preparing and mailing invoices
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
- Experience using Quickbooks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
- Reliable internet connection
