A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute ADA Coordinator in Florham Park.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining oversight over the company's Return to Work Program
- Communicating with internal and external partners
- Supporting the business strategy to enhance workforce return to work
Qualifications for this position include:
- Remote throughout the COVID-19 pandemic
- BS/BA Degree
- 5 years working with ADA candidates and employees
- Knowledge of employment and disability employment laws
- Education and training skills with employees, supervisors and managers
- Previous Customer Service/Claim experience
