Job Summary
Online platform business seeking committed freelance professional for a long-term administrative support role. Ideal candidate has experience working with small, growing companies. Someone who likes delivering customer support and value; believes in a demand generation (vs pure sales) approach.
Main focus of work will be Hubspot CRM management, business development and sales support including:
--Prepping, customizing and scheduling business development emails and follow ups
--Directing and optimizing HubSpot use via contact management, updates and tracking
--Managing sequence of demand generation messages to leads
--Setting tasks and priorities for team.
Additional work includes:
--MailChimp analytics/tracking and follow ups
--Generally helping to convert demand generation campaign leads to clients
--Additional general admin help as needed
--Experience working with smaller companies
--Someone who can roll with the punches, pick up work as needed and understands the work varies as priorities shift each week
--Expert in best practices, best uses, and strategy for HubSpot and MailChimp
--Excellent communication skills--written and verbal
--Organized and comfortable using online systems and processes
