Job Summary
The More Than Giving Company is seeking virtual administrative assistants to perform a variety of administrative and marketing tasks. The duties of the administrative assistant include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Schedule and organize board meetings and committee meetings, including agendas, materials etc.
- Attend monthly board meetings virtually; record and distribute notes; monitor progress on action items from the meetings
- Manage and update organization's contact database
- Manage and update donor/sponsor information
- Provide administrative support to fundraising and special events
- Maintain event registration (s)
- Assist in the development and execution of email campaigns
- Maintain event calendar
- Process general correspondence
Professional Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools (MailChimp, Constant Contact)
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- VA must be based in the U.S.
- Must complete The More than Giving Co paid training program
Computer/AV Requirements:
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection, with internet security
- Clear phone line (for participation in calls)
- Reliable computer hardware and software
