Job Summary

A leading soft drink company is in need of a Telecommute Administrative Assistant in the Pittsburgh Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling and routing inquiries to various members of the team
  • Maintaining team calendars
  • Ensuring all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are on time and accurate

Required Skills:

  • Initial training between facilities in Cranberry Township and Erie for about 2 weeks total
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • 3 years office management experience or administrative experience supporting a sales team
  • 3 years of experience with MS Office – Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 2 years’ experience tracking, consolidating, interpreting, and reporting data/numbers
  • Computer literate and internet savvy
