Job Summary

A software and web design company is seeking a Telecommute Executive Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering and placing calls
  • Scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, booking conferences, etc
  • Preparing, pitching and scheduling speaking engagements for CEO

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-6 years experience as receptionist, office manager, and/or executive assistant
  • Experience with proofreading and editing
  • Proven ability to resolve customer service and administrative issues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Flawless command of English)
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be very polished and professional
