Job Summary
A leadership development resource provider is seeking a Telecommute Adult Training Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Running audits of our existing training materials to identify spots for improvement
- Optimizing existing training materials to add/tighten script notes, clarifying instructions, and adding compelling research
- Customizing our current training materials to fit a wider range of audiences
Qualifications for this position include:
- Quarterly travel may be required for role
- Advanced degree in behavioral sciences or a related field preferred
- Obsession with learning (inside and outside of work) and turning insights into content
- Advanced skills and knowledge of adult learning theory, learning retention tools, research methods
- At least one area of expertise in the behavioral sciences, HR, People Operations, or leadership development
- All other requirements necessary for this position
