Job Summary

A privately-held insurance brokerage company is filling a position for a Telecommute AEP Insurance Customer Care Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders
  • Guide members through utilization of plan benefits
  • Acquaint clients with Company's platform of products

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong Work Ethic and Ability to Build Client Relationships
  • Propensity to Advocate for Consumers and Be a Sales Team Liaison
  • Intermediate Technology Skills & the Ability to Multi-Task
  • Minimum Internet Speed (Hardwired): 30mb down/20mb up
  • Must become licensed by a given deadline
