Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Agricultural Equipment Business Development Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying business needs and determining creative solutions
  • Ensuring penetration of the target markets and delivering the performance necessary to meet business objectives
  • Actively identifying and generating prospects through tactical sales strategies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Attend special dealer events or activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales for the Business Development Manager role
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role and at least 10 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales for the US Sales Manager
  • Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment, and farming or operational practices
  • Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach the dealer network
